Roeser Tanner & Graham obtained a restraining order against a corporate manager accused of stealing corporate assets and other wrongdoing. Peter Roeser and Matthew Tanner alleged in a verified complaint that the corporate manager had breached his fiduciary duties by purchasing goods and services for his own benefit while attempting to pass those costs on to clients, taking corporate funds and converting those funds for his own benefit, and other misconduct.

The firm sought emergency relief arguing that it was required in order to prevent the further looting of the company. Judge Martin of the Illinois Circuit Court entered the temporary restraining order.
