For over two decades, Zach has provided valuable legal counsel to Chicago area small business owners, entrepreneurs, tenants, landlords and real estate purchasers and sellers. Zach has vast experience on a broad range of issues including commercial and residential real estate transactions, business organization and transactions, estate planning, probate and a myriad of other related legal and business issues.

While Zach has negotiated and drafted hundreds of real estate contracts, leases, operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, asset purchase agreements, buy/sell agreements, employment agreements, wills, powers of attorney and revocable trusts during his career, he understands that no two matters and no two clients are the same. He takes great pride in understanding his clients’ needs and goals and tailors his services to each client’s individual situation. Zach also strives to always provide those services with the responsiveness, professionalism and personal attention that each client deserves.

Before joining Roeser Tanner & Graham, Zach was the founder and principal of Rustad Law LLC, where he successfully represented family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals in a variety of different legal matters. Zach began his legal career at a general practice law firm where, in addition to working on a variety of transactional matters, he also gained significant litigation experience which gives him a unique perspective to bring to his real estate and small business clients.
